The Learning Backpack Refer-A-Friend Program is our Iniative to spread and encourage literacy, in which we offer a Free TLB Library Card Membership for anyone who Refers A Friend to get a Library Card. After you have referred them to us, just let us know via our contact page and we will set you up with a Library Card!
